Our community's water meters are read each month between the 20th & the 25th. Non payment within the allowed time period will be subject to a penalty of 10% of the delinquent account.
Payment should be made within 20 days of the due date. If payment is not made by the 5th of the following month, customer's water service will be locked off for up to 48 hours.
In the event it becomes necessary for the service to be locked off from a customers' property, a fee of $75.00 will be charged for re-connecting service, in addition to full payment of account whereas services may not be re-connected for up to 48 hours.
